I will start off this blog with my husband’s and my favorite dish which is the potato shallow fry.
Ingredients:
2 potatoes – sliced horizontally(slightly thicker than potato wafers)
1-2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp Rava(finer variety) what we call chiroti rava here
1 tbsp Rice flour
Salt to taste
Oil for Frying
