Off late I had been looking for the stuffed brinjal recipe. Brinjal is not one of my favorite veggies but my hubby loves it. So, I decided to try something with smaller variety of eggplant and tried the below recipe. I have made a few modifications to the original recipe. The end result was yummy!!
