Chicken in Green Gravy

This dish has lots of gravy and makes a nice combo with bread or chapati.  My mom prepares this recipe and it tastes yummy with bread and sliced onions with salt, pepper and lime juice. The only thing you should do after eating this at lunch is have a good sleep :D

Dosa with coconut/(soye polo or pan polo or neer dosa)

This dish is one of the simplest to make and nice to eat :). The coconut is optional in this dosa. Adding coconut makes the dosa softer. If you like them crisp like I do, do not add coconut. This dish is famous as soye polo in north canara and neer dosa in south canara.

Lemon Rice/(Chitranna)

Lemon rice or chitranna as we call it in kannada is very famous in Karnataka. It is a simple dish to prepare and does not need much time. Easy and tasty, makes a good lunch in the lunch box.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
½ tsp mustard seeds

Daali Toy v2

As promised earlier here is another version of daali toy. I prefer this one to the basic version. This one has the flavor of coriander and ginger. Like I said, people can live on it for 365 days. Hence, I guess different versions are required :D.
